Frequently Asked Questions
Is drag-and-drop the only way to reorder?
Drag-and-drop is the primary method. For precise reordering of many pages, type a page range in the split mode of our Split PDF tool.
Can I duplicate pages?
Page duplication is not yet supported in organize mode. Use Merge PDF with the same file twice for duplication.
What happens to bookmarks and links?
Internal links and bookmarks that reference absolute page numbers may point to different content after reordering.
Is the original file changed?
No — a new PDF is created with your organization. The original file on your device is untouched.
